Alberto Cirillo, CCP

My 37 combined years in the Cosmetology industry have given me a unique perspective as both a salon owner and a coach. After running a business for 28 years, he has gained copious amounts of knowledge that have led him to begin teaching other salon owners throughout North America how to run a successful business. He has given them the tools needed, teaching them systems that can be implemented in their salons to grow a successful business. These systems include marketing, client retention, employee management, and financial management.

Alberto's past board experiences include the involvement on the Administrative Council of the Italian Mutual Aid Society in the capacities of Vice President, Secretary Treasurer and Event’s Co-ordinator. This has him to become well versed in decision making in a team setting, and to undertake responsibilities where needed.

Jim Dreichel, RCP

Jim is the co-owner/operator of the unique and vibrant Union Salon, located in the trendy neighbourhood of South Granville, Vancouver, B.C. Jim has a clear understanding of what it takes to operate and grow a successful salon business.

He credits his previous careers in Social Work, Professional Acting, and the Salon Industry for his strong interpersonal skills and his ability to attract and maintain relationships needed to succeed in this industry. Jim’s unique and clear skill set is relatable to the demands of the position of Board Director.

Jim believes it is time for an accountable, inclusive, proactive and transparent plan, and subsequent action to elevate the status of our Industry, the Association, and the Service Providers. Jim wants to lead BeautyCouncil in the direction of regaining its position as an industry leader.
